About the Event
Within this comedic magic show, the way card tricks work are tied to how the brain works inside the body! Through making jokes and entertaining analogies along the way, we explore the function of the brain! The magic show features concepts such as the functions of the cerebrum and the four main lobes of the brain, the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, the cerebral fissure and the hemispheres of the brain, and myelination. All of these concepts are displayed through the lens of card magic in an understandable and fun way for all to enjoy.
